This Was The Dripping And Freezing Evening Of January In New Delhi; I Was Sipping Coffee In A Restaurant Near Nehru-place. An American Youth Was Sharing The Same Table With Me On Other Side. The Light Rainfall Became More Rapid And The American Seemed A Little Bit Restless. I Passed A Smile For Him And He Reciprocated The Same. We Started To Introduce With Each Other. The American Was A Trainee Priest. He Was In India To Obtain A Sort Of Instruction Allied To His Dealing In The Dawn-Basco School And He Had Not The Idea About The Location Of The School.

After A Small Number Of Minute Discussions On Various Issues, He Tells Me About His Additional Curiosity That Is Why He Chooses India! He Told Me By Means Of The Purpose. I Could Be Aware Of A Bit About His Denote. He Elaborated His Curiosity &8220; I Came To Know That Who Is I Am Exactly&8221; The Question Had The Credence. He Explained Further &8220;when We Say That This Is My Body It Means We Are Other Than Our Body, We Never Say This Is Me Instead Of This Is My Body. Very Same It Happens When We Say That, This Is My Hand, My Mouth, My Head, Or My Legs And All That. It Is Clear Dr. Sharma That We Are Somebody Else Who Stays Alive In This Body. If This Is Factual, At That Moment Who Are We Exactly.&8221; Be An Ayurvedic Practitioner I Had An Answer But I Could Not Make Him Realized At That Time. Because He Was In Hurry So For That Reason I Invited Him For Next Day On My Residence In The Nightfall At 5 PM.

Next Day The Gentle Man Knocked At The Right Time. After At Home Formalities, We Were On The Track With That Problem. To Make Him Clear, Just To Make Him Understandable The Issue, I Asked A Question &8220; My Dear! I Invited Only You But Why Are You Here With Your Body?&8221; He Could Not Make Out The Indications. He Shrugged. I Told Him That This Issue Would Help Him To Appreciate The Mean What I Was Going To Suggest. I Was On Track To Sophisticate The Meaning Of My Question. I Am Sharing Here That Reply With You.

Though There May Be Many Answers Of The Curiosity With Many Aspects And Different Thoughts But What I Know, To Be An Ayurvedic Physician, I Would Like To Contribute All Of You.

According To Ayurveda The Living Individual (and That Are We) Is A Combination Of Three Elements 1 Atma, Or Soul, 2, Mann Or Psyche 3, Body. This Is The Basic Chemistry Of Our Reality, At The Same Time, As This Amalgamation Is Known As Purush. This Purush Is An (alive) Institute, Capable To Get Pleasure Or Sorrow As Well As Any Sort Of Feeling From The Outer World, Deserves All Type Of Treatments And Hospitalization.

Additionally, We Are All Atmas Too; We Are Here To Enjoy The World, All The Way, Through The Body And With The Help Of Mann. When Body Gets Decays And Does Not Be Suitable For Operation To Any Further Extent, Then Atma Does Not Survives In The Body, For That Reason, The Departure Of Soul Takes Place, And This Is Notorious As DEATH.

Now, Up To Here It Was Established That We Are Atma (soul), Mann (mind) And Shareer (body). But How They Or We Came To In Existence? The Answer Of This Question Reveals All Remaining Curiosities. This Is The Basic Of ADHYATMA, VEDANTA Or The Philosophy Of World Creation.

Vedic Mythology Believes That All Formations Of The Cosmos Living And Nonliving Came In To The Existence Due To &8220;AVYAKTA&8221;. This AVYAKTA Is The Origin Of The Cosmos. Maharishi KANAD, Maharishi YAGYAVALKYA, Maharishi KAPIL, Maharishi VASHISHTHA And Many Other Intellectuals Had Established Theories Of SRISHTEE-NIROOPANAM Or How Our Universe And We Came To In Exist.

According To The Theory, The Sequence Of The Subsistence Is à

AVYAKTA (all Mighty) à MAHAN (soul Or Atma) à AHANKAR (mind Stuff) à PANCH TAN MATRA à PANCH MAHA BHOOT à SRISHTEE Or The Cosmos
