Ayurvedic practice requires many principles to employ at the same time to come across a disease, earlier than the management. The Prakriti or sort of individuality that is known as Prakriti is one of them. According to the ayurvedic hypothesis the Tridoshas participate significant responsibility in every life to make his or her distinctiveness or constitution. There are three (TRI) Doshas (the fundamental factors within livings Vata-Called as Air, Pitta-called as Fire and Kafa-called as Water, though these elucidations are not satisfactory) make a decision about what Prakriti will regulate to the person, and hence there are three types of Prakriti come into the existence. The menstruation cycle is the excellent explanation to the healthiness of a feminine community. It can also be used to establish the PRAKRITI or physical constitution. Regular menstruation, absence of pain or tension, downy flow and balanced emotions are the signs of good health. However, most women suffer some difficulties with menstruation at one time of life or another.
Vata Prakriti: - Vata constitution women generally have scanty menstrual flow. The blood is blackish-red or like a coffee colored and comes out with pain and cramps. The severity of the pain and cramps can vary. If pain and cramps are regularly there then depression or the stress as well as nervous sensitivity can increase with fear and anxiety. Female can have a disturbed sleep or insomnia. There will be the lessening of vitality and resistance may lowered. On examination the doctor can find the dryness of vaginal wall, constipation, gas and periods are often short, irregular and variable.
The management: - Ashoka (Sarac Indica), Ashwagandha (Withania somenifera), Shatawari (Aspargus Racemosus), Daru Haldi (Berberis aristata), Manjith (Rubia Cardifolia), Chitrak (Plumbego Zeylanica), Pippali (Piiper longum) Vidarikanda (Pueraria Tuberosa) are some highly popular and recommended in Ayurvedic Physicians.
These herbs have not reported any toxicity and side effect. There are being used directly on human being since many thousand years in India and many part of subcontinent.
Yoga: -- The regular practice of some yogasana like Supta-vajrasana, Dhanurasana etc. and Pranayama can keep you in good physical shape and blissful.
